The shoes sole is what I need. Almost none of the Nike shoes fit my foot profile. This one fits, IF YOU CHANGE IT. There are little strings on the front eye hole (Nearest the toe) that hold onto the shoelaces. They HURT MY FEET for days until I figured out I could bypass them. Once I did that, the shoe fits EXACTLY the way it should.

I have this shoe from a generation or two ago. It was a great gym shoe, replacing it with the same shoe was a must. As the other reports also said, it pops when I walk. I would have returned this in a heart beat but I was injure when it arrived and didn’t get to try it for 6 weeks. Now it’s too late to return. This is a very disappointing replacement, And I don’t recommend it.

Looks really nice, but the upper material is so stiff that it literally made a popping sound when I walked. This is one of the most uncomfortable Nike shoes I’ve ever tried on. It really makes me wonder how and why Nike ever thought this shoe was a good idea. The only thing I can think is because it’s priced quite a bit lower than other similar shoes.

【楊勝凱／宜蘭報導】平靜的梅花湖、安全的自由車賽道和多蔭且平緩的跑步賽道，讓宜蘭梅花湖成為不少人挑戰初鐵的夢幻聖地之一，今舉行的宜蘭梅花湖鐵人三項賽中也有不少挑戰初半鐵的愛好者，其中來自凱渥的模特兒兼活動主持人涂佳宜(Jennifer)也成功完成初半鐵，雖然過程非常辛苦，但Jennifer已經開始在構思準備明年挑戰全程鐵人。
涂佳宜(Jennifer)在高中時期就被凱渥相中簽為旗下模特兒，目前除了擔任模特兒外，活潑的個性加上應變能力強，已經成為不少記者會或是活動的主持人，Jennifer也很重視自己的身材，從大學時期就養成每周四到五次到健身房做重訓和游泳的運動習慣，但以往Jennifer比較偏重於室內運動，這次是受到朋友邀請，首次挑戰人生的第一個半鐵。
Jennifer今最後也順利完賽，她說：「到跑步時已經進入彌留狀態，但挑戰半程完成後又覺得好爽。」Jennifer完全遵照公司要求，跑步和騎自由車時都穿著車衣外套好減少被曬黑的可能，但她才剛跑完半程已經開始在計畫明年準備要進一步挑戰標鐵，她說：「現在對模特兒的審美觀已經在慢慢改變，不會再像那種一定要白白、瘦瘦的外型，公司也很支持我們參加運動比賽，但就是要盡量避免受傷。」
