I'm a big supporter of the Repper. These shoes are by far the most comfortable and durable trainer out there. I couldn't recommend them strongly enough. If you like the Nike Metcons, but hate running in them, then this shoe is for you. There's not a workout I would hesitate to do in these... from a 5k to heavy back squats. My only critique is that the top of my last pair ripped open mid workout. I'm pretty hard on my shoes but I'm hoping it was just a freak manufacturing error or something.

The shoe is very narrow on my foot - no matter how much I loosen it, they are tight across the top. They look great and are comfortable other than that, though!

本周限量商品折扣This is my first workout shoe purchase since my Zoom Speed Trainer 3's, which are my all-time favorite workout shoes (bring out the 4's Nike!!!). So after having such a great workout shoe, I was a little nervous to try something different. I did a lot of research between the Metcon 3's and the Metcon Repper DSX's, and came to the conclusion that the Repper's were more for me. I am a professional soccer player so my workouts are very dynamic and everything is done on my feet. I need to have a stable platform for these movements and a shoe that provides great lockdown during lateral and explosive movements. These shoes definitely did not disappoint. The heel-toe drop allows for a nice flat surface for Olympic style lifts, and great stability during dynamic movements. The upper material is a thin, but durable, woven material that provides great comfort and breathability on your feet. The upper also has a lot of protection with the extra rubber coming up the medial and lateral sides of the shoes, as well as the bonded overlays to protect the woven upper. They did take a little breaking in because of the higher material near the anterior part of the ankle (where the top lace hole is located). This higher ankle wall rubbed my ankle and caused a slight discomfort during my first 2 workouts, but then I wore some crew socks for a couple workouts and now there is no rubbing whatsoever.

For example, I felt much more locked in for agility work and change-of-direction sprinting in my Zoom Speed Trainer 3's, but these shoes still do a good enough job of keeping my foot on the footbed during these movements, while also being great for squats, lateral movements, box jumps, jump ropes, etc.This is a seriously great shoe that every single gym goer should take a serious look at. 防疫登革熱入戶噴消 民眾如拒絕妨礙將開罰
新北市新莊登革熱本土疫情持續，目前已經累積有八例登革熱確診。新北市衛生局表示，為了噴消防疫，民眾如果拒絕、規避或妨礙衛生局防疫作業，將依照「傳染病防治法」開罰，依「傳染病防治法」可處6萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰。
新北市衛生局表示，有民眾質疑衛生局8月6日，未依照合法程序強制進入家戶內，進行登革熱緊急防治噴藥，衛生局有依照程序，先行在8月5日發放噴藥通知單，8月6日噴藥當天，由員警按鈴告知將入內噴藥，民眾開門並未拒絕，衛生局人員才入內執行噴藥，整個過程都合法。為了避免登革熱疫情延燒，依照中央訂頒的「登革熱防治工作指引」，緊急針對病例所在區域執行「戶內外」噴消是必要工作。
衛生局表示，戶內噴消使用的藥劑成分為除蟲菊精，藥劑為水性，遇陽光、紫外線易分解，對人體毒性低。目前新莊區登革熱疫情持續，防疫視同作戰，呼籲民眾配合與政府並肩抗戰。
凹子底停車場BOT 民間投資23億
高雄市政府「凹子底立體停車場BOT案」昨天(4月26日)簽約。BOT廠商「都會公司」將投入23億元，預計四年後(111年)在高市鼓山「凹子底」地區設置一座智慧化立體停車場，其間也有商場、影城、美食街等生活空間，投資廠商可使用的興建和營運時間共五十年。

高雄市交通局推動的「高雄市凹子底地區停35用地民間參與公共建設案」由代理市長許立明與「都會公司」董事長宋宸鏞共同簽約。
代理市長許立明在簽約致詞時指出，凹子底森林公園已經成為高雄市民休閒的好所在，前往凹子底的交通方式除了捷運、公車以外，民眾如開車或騎車前往，大多會選擇前往凹子底公有停車場停車，然而逢假日或用餐時間，常常會有一位難求情形，影響出遊的好心情，為了提供更好、更充裕的停車空間，高市府採取BOT引進民間資金投資興建，在不增加政府財政負擔下，提高公共停車空間，並透過民間創意經營，達到永續經營目的。
BOT廠商「都會公司」預計投資23億元興建地下3樓停車場，包括600格小型車停車位、1,100格機車停車位及40格自行車位。地上層則有兩棟建築，一棟五層樓、一棟九層樓，其中設置機關辦公場所、文創書局、商場、影城、美食街等生活空間。
這項BOT案興建期4年、營運期46年，交通局長陳勁甫指出，高市府取得土地租金5.3億元、權利金5億元，中央與地方稅收37億元。
許立明代理市長說說，該座BOT方式興建的停車場除可供停放汽機車、腳踏車外，也結合了可增加高雄市就業機會，將達到市民、政府、廠商三贏局面。
BOT停車場位在南屏路、神農路交叉口，目前作為凹子底公有平面停車場，面積8,375平方公尺，交通局在議約時與都會公司達成協議，該公司在點交土地後至開工前，仍應依原收費項目、費率及營業時間等維持目前凹子底公有平面停車場開放供大眾使用；開工後會將周邊輔導新設的民營替代停車場資訊公告周知，以保障大眾停車的權益。
交通局表示，未來將循該案成功經驗，針對高雄市停車需求較高區域，持續評估、規劃，推動停車場BOT案，將平面公有停車場立體化，滿足高雄市民停車需求。
